Fareham residents turned out to meet me at my first surgery since this month’s election.
This was another productive surgery. I thank those who attended and took the time to talk with me about a problem they had and I also thank The Highlands Hub in Fareham for letting me host my surgeries in their facilities.
I have helped hundreds of local people who have got in touch and attended my surgeries. Whether it was about problems with pension payments, welfare, issues with housing, healthcare or education – and got great results.
For me, this is what being an MP is all about, helping local people and being your champion. My surgeries also give me an invaluable insight into the issues affecting local people. I urge local people to get in touch and come along to my next surgery.
