Fantastic to join Waterloo Conservative Cllr Gwen Robinson to see development taking place in Waterlooville Shopping centre:
- Scaffolding up on Wellington Way for the redevelopment of the units into residential flats and retail on the ground floor.
- New shops opening already like the new Premier Convenience Store. With more shops and restaurants to follow in other units thanks to Havant Borough Council and Conservatives who have designed a Masterplan and invested to support new business in the area.
I was pleased to meet with the developer who has purchased the units on Wellington Way in October last year. There is huge potential for regeneration at Waterlooville Shopping Centre and local Havant Borough Council is leading the masterplan and project.
