The Sovereign Health Network has served Fareham well for the past few years. I wanted to update you all on plans to coordinate operations across the Whiteley, Jubilee (Titchfield) and the Highlands Practice (Fareham) GP surgeries.
The Network has been working in collaboration since 2017 when the Same Day Access Service was established at Fareham Community Hospital, going on to then further coordinate the partnership in March 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic first took hold. The Sovereign Health Network then took the decision to work more closely together across Whiteley, Titchfield and Fareham.
